Our Classes

Reformer Pilates is your time to unwind and prioritise your wellness, and our different types of classes give you the power to define your class experience. Beginners are welcome to all classes (except Aura Advanced!) and a demonstration of how to use the equipment will be given at the start of each class for anyone new.

Classes are available to book online 2 weeks in advance; popular days/times book up quickly!

Studio Policies

To ensure the best experience for all, please respect our policies.

Grip Socks

An industry wide requirement for Reformer Pilates is to wear grip socks to every class. This is for your own safety and is mandatory in all classes. If you do not own any, or you forget your socks, we have a range of CASA DE AURA® socks available to purchase in the studio.

Arrival time

Doors open 15 minutes before each class. Please arrive to the studio at least 5 minutes before the start time to ensure you are ready to begin on time (on your Reformer, with springs on!). Doors are locked when classes begin. Late arrivals will not be accepted for your safety and to avoid disruption to others in the class. If it is your first time, a demonstration of the reformer must be shown to you before class starts for you to participate safely and confidently.

Health & Safety

Please let the instructor know privately at the start of each class if you have any injuries, health conditions or if you are pre or post natal. This is to ensure exercises are adapted accordingly to keep you safe. Our instructors are first aid qualified, so you are in safe hands.

By booking a class, you tick consent to agree you are able to participate. You must be aged 16+ to join a class.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so you can reschedule for free up to 12 hours before the class start time. If you have any questions, please email or send a message via Instagram.
