Welcome to CASA DE AURA, a premium fitness studio specialising in Reformer Pilates, using state of the art equipment. Excited to bring a combination of upbeat & chilled out classes experienced across a variety of studios in London, to the heart of Horsham High Street. Our studio provides an empowering environment to achieve your fitness goals.

Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor
Studied both qualifications with a CIMSPA Education Partner. The Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Mat Pilates is also fully accredited by YMCA Awards.

"I discovered Pilates around two years ago and quickly fell in love with it, which inspired me to complete my Mat and Reformer instructor training. I love teaching dynamic Pilates flows that challenge the body while keeping things fun and energising. My classes focus on strength, control, and mindful movement to help clients feel stronger and more connected to their bodies.
I bring upbeat energy and positivity to every session and my favourite muscle group to work is the core - the powerhouse of every movement. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular on the Reformer, my goal is to help you move with confidence and leave each class feeling empowered."

"Hi I’m Molly, a passionate Reformer Pilates instructor with a deep love for fitness, strength training, and helping others feel their absolute best.

My journey into Pilates began through my own love of movement and the incredible strength and control that Reformer Pilates brings. That passion led me to complete my instructor qualification, and now I’m so excited to share everything I’ve learned with others.

When I’m not teaching Pilates, I work full time for the NHS, where I dedicate myself to helping people every day. That same dedication carries through to my classes. My goal is to help you feel confident, empowered, and strong, both physically and mentally.

"My love for movement started about seven years ago through both Mat Pilates and Yoga, later falling in love with Reformer Pilates too. I started my journey to become a fully qualified instructor in early summer of 2025 and I'm so excited to share my passion with you all in the studio.

I love connecting breath with movement, finding perfect alignment from our fingertips to toes, and building strength for our bodies; which is a focus in all of my full body flows. My aim is for you to leave each class feeling uplifted, energised and confident enough to easily incorporate Pilates into your day-to-day routine.

Before becoming a full-time Pilates Instructor, I worked as a Cabin Crew Manager at British Airways. I gained so much from my time at BA, but I truly feel that teaching Pilates is exactly what I’m meant to do.
