I am happy to participate in the wellness retreat and understand that activities may include movement, wellness practices, excursions, and other group experiences. I acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary and that I accept responsibility for my own decisions and actions, including any associated risks, throughout the retreat.

I confirm that I am responsible for my own health and wellbeing during the retreat and will participate only in activities that feel appropriate for me. I will let the organisers know in writing about any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, food intolerances, or other relevant circumstances upon booking so that they can support my participation as appropriately as possible. If anything changes, I will email retreats@casadeaura.co.uk prior to attending the retreat.

I understand that the trip itinerary is weather dependant and adjustments might be made if necessary (e.g. if there is a rainy day, an outdoor class will be moved inside or moved to a more appropriate day where possible)

I understand that I am responsible for arranging my own travel and insurance cover, and for following any safety guidance provided during the retreat. I understand that unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers' control, such as natural disasters, war, travel restrictions, or other events that make travel or the retreat unsafe, may require changes, postponement, or cancellation of the retreat.
